Our workspaces aren’t just well-designed and efficient—we’re doing a lot inside to make a difference too.

  • 300,000+ lbs. of material are diverted from landfills per year.

  • 21,000+ lbs. of food have been composted at our Nashville headquarters already in 2022.

  • 95% of the cleaning chemicals used in our headquarters are green alternatives.

  • 100 energy-related projects have been completed to decrease our corporate carbon footprint.

Low-waste logistics

We’ve completed over 180 million phone claims—here’s what we’ve done to reduce and reuse materials along the way.

  • We redesigned our shipping boxes to save 90+ tons of packing materials.

  • We eliminated 23+ tons of cardboard in 1 year by switching to reusable packaging.

  • We saved 9+ tons of plastic per year by reducing the thickness of our bags by 50%.

  • Our shipping boxes make 4–6 round trips, and the foam inserts are reused up to 90 times.
